1. Service Agreement

By engaging Kijzuhevsih's services, you agree to these terms. We provide transmission repair, performance tuning, and automotive diagnostics services at our facility located at 15 Jalan Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur 50050, Malaysia.

2. Service Liability

Kijzuhevsih performs services with professional care. However, we are not liable for vehicle damage resulting from:

• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by customer
• Customer neglect or misuse after service completion
• Third-party modifications or repairs
• Acts beyond our control

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Estimates are valid for 14 days. Additional charges for unforeseen repairs require customer approval.

4. Warranty

Services include a 30-day workmanship warranty from completion date. Warranty does not cover parts failure due to misuse, accidents, or manufacturing defects in original components.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before appointment incur no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in 50% service fee charge.

6. Data Protection

We collect personal data (name, contact, vehicle info) for service delivery. Your data is processed in compliance with Malaysian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

Kijzuhevsih reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with updated dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
